RESOLVING HINDU-MOSLEM DIFFICULTIES Received Thursday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 12. The Dailv Telegraph 's New Deihx correspondent says it is understood negotiations through important intermediaries have begun between tlie Yicerov and Mr. .Jinnah to resolve the difficulties which the Moslem League leader considers prevents the League eooperating with Congress in the new interim government.
