Received Friday, 10 a.m. NUREMBERG, Sept. 12. Hess refused to see his wife after the announcement yesterday thal privilege vMts would be allowed the Nazi prisoners. Yon Neurath and von Papen are also not seeing their wives, although von Papen is meeting his daughter.
