WELLINGTON, Sept. 6. An Order operating from September 4 revoking the Sharemilking Agreements Order, 3944, and substituting new terms and conditions, was announced today by the Minister nf. Labour. The new Order was in two parts, added the Minister, the first dealing with a sharemilker who was responsible for inilking, care and feedihg of stock only, and the second dealing with a sharemilker who, in addition to the above duties, was also required to underta'ke general farm maintenance work. In the first instanee the sharemilker is to reoeive not less than 29 per cent. of the milk and eream eheques and deferred payments, and in the second instanee the sharemilker 's share is to be not less than 39 per cent.
