Farewell Presentation A presentation was made at the Shannon railway station on Wednesday when the station staff gathered to bid farewell to Mr. and Mrs. P. Hart, who were leaving for Kopuawhara, near Gisborne, where Mr. Hart has been transferrea on promotion. On behalf of the staff, the stationmaster (Mr. J. A Creigh) asked Mr. and Mrs. Hart to accept a set of pyrex dishes as a token of esteem from their friends and fellow-workers. Mr. Creigh and other speakers expressed regret ' that Mr. Hart was leaving Shani non, and all wished them every ! success in their new home. Mr. 1 Hart suitably replied.
