Wilmot, has coriflrmed the appoifttment of Sir Arehihald Forb'es -as cbairmah of the Iron and Steel Board at a salafy Of £8500 yearly. The other members will receive frlOOO annually. The boafd will supervise tho deVfelopiheiit and tirodernisatio'n of the industry, control prffdttctioii and distribution and the import of iroh and steel products, and will adVise the general price policy.
