— - — MANAWATU EXECUTIVE MEETS The quarterly meeting of the Manawatu provincial executive of the Women's Division of Federated Farmers was held in Levin recently, Mrs. R. Jenkins presiding over a good attendance of delegates. A full report of the recent Dominion conference held in Wellington was given by the president.

Mrs. Bartholomew, housekeeping -secretary; reported that .21 trainees had passed through Kianga Moe since- its inception. Two houseikeeping engagements had been filled during the last quarter. Mrs. Barleer, reporting on the rest home activities, stated that the three trainees who had recently left the h'ome to take up positions were giving every satisfaction, and good reports had been received of their work. Three ihore had arrived to take their place. Mrs. H. McLeavey was -elected to fill the position of organiser for the provincial executive. *
