spain not admitted Received Wednesday, 11.30 a.m. COPENHAGEN, Sept. 3. The Food and Agrieultural Organisation conference hg,s accepted ltaly, Portugal, Eire and Switzerland as members. Spain was not admitted, because only those nations present at the conference and members of the International Institutes of Agriculture were considered for membership a.t the present se'ssion. Poland, dissenting to the admission of Eire and Portugal, explained that she was unable to approve bec-a'Use she -did not maintain- dip--lomatic relations with these countries. "
