Received Tuesday, 12.42 a.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 2. Values were up about 50 per cent at the lirst wool saies held at Sydney todav, for scven years. A total of.8192 Imles was ofTercd. Even for inferior lots huyers paid 20 per cent above the "floor" price iixed by appraisers under agreement among British and other Empire Governments. The highest price for greasy wool was 28 jd. and for scoured 48d. Bradford paid the last named price for carding avooI suitable For the clothing trade.
