Keys of the beach pavilion were also taken. An unsuccessful attempt was made to force the manager's ofiice at thc theatre, but the thief was probably disturbed. Entrance was recently gained to the manager's room when money was taken, and a previous attempt made on Mr, Mason's shop door.
