A Government analysis prediets that by 1970, Russian manpower of figliting age.will be nearlv equal to Britain, Ameriea, France, Gerriiany and Italy eombined. Kussia, exeluding the Baltic States, will have 250, 000, 000 people of whom 32,000,000 will be between 20 and 34 years of age, inclnding 22,000,000 in the ideal military age category of 20 to 25 years. American population may reaeh 160,000,000 with' 1S,000,000: men between 20 and 34 years and d 0,500,000 between 20 and 29 years.
