SYDNEY, Sept. I. "I came here to spend £2,000,000 and have not been able to spend a fraction of that amount, ' ' said a representative of an Indian firm who is returning disappointed. He claimed that Australian manufacturers offered him only things that everybody else -refused. Half of them were not interested in orders sought . 12 months ahead.
