Rita Hayworth hopes to file her divorce suit against Orson Welles this month in the California Courts. The court calendar i,s overcrowded, but Rita insists . on queuing up with the other wouldbe divorcees. "I won't go to Reno for my divorce!" Rita commented. "I don't want any fake-address stuff , or the possibility of a Reno divorce being declared illegal at some future time." Rita, who had been going places with her old beau Tony Martin, could get a Reno divorce in six weeks. Under Californian law, she must wait a year for her final decree. This week's airmail from Hollywood says that Rita and Tony have also drifted apart.
