VICTIM RECOVERING.
Received Fridav, 8.20 p.m. SYDXFY, August 30. Miss Mavis Orompton is making satisfactory recovery in Bulli Hospital from the iujuries she received when her liancee, Mr. Cecil Kelly, was battered to death and his body liicinerated. She has not yet been told of the (leatii of lie.r liancee. Mervyn Garvie, aged 39, who was yesterday charged witli murder and rupe, is being held in custody at W ollongoiig.
