When the poliee arrived they found Miss Marjorie Xur.se, aged 19, dead in the kitehen witli a bullet hole in her forehead. Alfred Dawes, a dealer, aged 2(5, who was also shot in the liead, died in the Hydney Hospital earlv tliis morning. The deceased man's father and wife and two voung men are in hospital suffering from bullet wounds. According to the storv of deceased s wife, a man entered the kitehen pointing a gun at the people sitting at a table. One of the men cliarged him and pushed the revolver away. There was a shot and she felt a burning sensation in her left shoulder. Just before she fainted she lieard a series of shots. The police say that earlier there had been a brawl in the street outside the eottage. The weapon used was an American service type revolver of ..'18 calibre.
