EMBEZZLEMENT OF HESSE CROWN JEWELS Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. FRANKFURT, Aug. 29. The court trying the American W.A.A.C., Kathleen Durrant, on charges of larceny and embezzlement of the Hesse Crown jewels, has adjourned for three weeks to enable the defence to secure witnesses. The charge of conspiracy against Kathleen Durrant has been dismissed, but the other charges stand. __________________
