The. present proposal is that no decision be made. about the fate. of Eibya, Eritrea and Italian Bomaliland for 12 months and that it tlien be conside.red and deeided by the Big Eour. Xew Zealand will propuse the deletion of artiele 17 from the draft treaty aud the insertion of Ino elauses umler whieh ltaly will renounee. all title to her former African possessiuns aud agree that, pending a decision by I'nited Xations, they shall continue to be administered as nt present. The amendment will be accompanied by a deelaration in whieh Xew Zealand proposes that the 21 nations represented at Paris, aecejit an administ rat ion reeommeuded by the Trust eesliip Coiuicil of I'nited Xations.
