RUGBY ADMINISTRATION
MEETING OF EXECUTIVE At a meeting of the management committee of the Horowhenua Rugby Footbail Unipn on Tuesday evening there were present Messrs. A. Gillespie (chairman), J". A. Zuppicich (secretary), F. Carrington (treasurer), V. J. Bateman, R. L. Robinson, W. O. Neas, H. Wylie, E. Cook, T. Winiata, N. Winiata and D. Cole. Representatives from the Athletic Club appeared before the coigimittee in connection with the playing of G. Pratt, who had already been refused a transfer. After hearing the case as put forward by the club, it was decided to take no further action, but it was pointe'd out that the union looks with grave disfavour on offences of this sort and repetitions would not be treated so lightly. Messrs. D. Cole and V. J. Bateman were appointed managers of the senior team to travel to Bush on Saturday. Mr.'-jH.
