DUN"EDIN, Aug. 26. The first round of the "New Zealand amateur billiards championship playee yesterday morning at the Otago Billiards Association rooms resulted: — C Peek (Wellington), 666, bcat C. Proctor (Otago), 657. The winner's best break was 60, his ayerage being 8.6. The loser's best break was 49, his averagQ being 8.5.
