Langstone, eontesting the Roskill sea! 011 beluilf of the La liour Party at tlie eoming eleerion, was given by Mr. J. \Y. A. Stead, President of the Ihrliiioral hranch, in iiitroducing liim to a meeting in Three Kings iSchool tonight. M r. Stead said that owing to the division of the electorate, the sitting Meniber, Mr. A. S. Richanls, would stand for the new Mount Albert seat. As Mr. Langstone had come to reside in Auckland because of his wife's ill health, the 11ational exeeutive of the Lahour Barty, whieh did not want. to forego his sorvices, had chosen him to (ill Ihe vacancy.
