SHIPPING ON DANUBE Received Saturday, 10 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 23. Belgrade radio has quoted allegatiops in Yugoslav newspapers that the Americans have stated their intention to hold the Danube shipPing until satisfied that Yugoslavia supports international control of the Danube. The newspapers contend that Yugoslavia is unable to reach agreement with America and will be forced to appeal to United Nations.
