Perth (West Australia) has some tliing partieularly hardy in the way ot horseflesh in lU-year-oid gelding Sir Agrion, who recently ran a middledistance field, off its feel to win from end to end with lengtlis to spare. Sir Agrion is by'one-time erack New Zealamder Agrion, who,. because of a break down, was seeured at a clieap ligure and sent to the stud in the West. With age creeping on, Sir ' Agrion has be eome >a trifle pig-headed but, in the ruood, he can still beat the best ollering in the West.
