EGYPT REJECTS PROPOSALS
REVISION OF TREATY Received Thursday, 10 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 21. The Egyptian Prime Minister, Sidky Pasha, has handed the British delegation Egypt's formai rejection of Britain's last treaty proposals for a revision of the 1936 Anglo-Egyptian Treaty. An official communique states that British and, Egyptian negotiators agree that the field remains open for a new exchange of views.
