JEWISH AGENCY INVITED TO BE REPRESENTED

Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. * ' LONDON, August 20. There will be no meeting of the Cabinet this week. Mr. Attlee is leaving London to-morrow for a few days' holiday. The next development in the Palestine situation is, therefore, expected to be the conference with the Jewish and Arab representatives in London, the Press Association is informed. The Jewish AgCncy, as a result of consultations in London and Paris at the week-end, has been invited to send representatives to these talks. The agency has asked for certain conditions before acceptance of the invitation. The London talks may not occur until early in September.
