Prime Minister Delayed Bad weather which made it impossible for the Prime Minister, Hon. P. Fraser, to return to Wellington from the West Coast by air yesterday has imposed on him the necessity of making a long roundabout journey to permit his attendance when the House of Representatives resumes to-day. As a bridgc is down in Lewis Pass, Mr. Fraser decided to travel by car to Christchurch via Otira Gorge. He was expected to arrive at Christchurch in time to continue his journey to Wellington by steamer from Lyttelton.
