RUSSIAN ARMY ON PERSIAN BORDER
Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, August 17. An ofiieial foreign source has reported that the Russian army has fifteeix to twenty divisions along the Araices River on the Russian-Persian boundary, says the Associated Press Teheran correspondent. The reports are stated to be based on information, from qualilied military observers.
