Church's Congratulations
At the annual meeting of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church this week, a motion was passed congratulating Rev. Dr. Ian W. Fraser on his production of an introductory handbook to the New Testament entitled "Understandest Thou?" Dr. Fraser was minister of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Levin, from 1933 till 1939, and was an active supporter of the move to establish Horowhenua College in Levin.
