SURRENDER OF JAPANESE (Offleial Xews Serviee). KURE, August 13. The first anniversarv of the uneomtitional surrender of Japan and the eno of world war II will he celehrated as a puhlic holiday by the British Conuuonwealth Oceupation Foree. Only key personnel will remain on duty. In tne Xew Zealanil, Australian, British and Indian areas special religious serviees of thanksgiving will he held by eaeti deuomination and the day generally will he regarded as a Sunday. In addition to these serviees the British and Indian Division will slage an impressive' motorised parade to Okuyania.
