WELLINGTON, Aug. 14. Situation: Pressures remain very low south of New Zealand, while a depression forming in the northwest Tasman Sea is expected to move eastwards. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Thurgday is for decreasing westerly winds, becoming variable. Isolated showers about the high country, out weather otherwise fair. Cooier temperatures. Further outlook: Mainly fair.
