CHRISTCHURCH, August 12. No trace has yet been fouiid of Patricia Rose Seott, the 13 year old girl i\iio disappeared in a big crowd at the Industries Fair on Saturday af'ternoon. The girl accompanied her mother and young br other to the fair early in the af'ternoon but became separated from her family about four o 'clock. She was last seen sliortly afterwards in com-i pany with a girl of about the same age. j A deseription of the girl was broadcast j by the Police yesterday and today and | all local police stations were advised. J When Mrs. Seott noticed her daugh-.' ter 's disappearauce she notified the Fair authorities and later left to catch the train back to their home in Rangi-: ora. A search for the girl on the railway platform Avas without result. The girl was wearing th'6 Rangiora High Scliool uniform of navy blue serge eostume and brown shoes and stockings when she visited the fair. She is deseribed by the police as having flaxen liair and blue eyes and is well built for her age.
