CONGRESS REAFFIRMS BRITISH PLAN FOR INDIA
Received Rundiiv, 7 p.m. BOMBAY, August 10. Congress Working CominiLtee passed a resolution reaffinning acceptance of tlie British long term plan for India. A resolution referring to tlie Moslein League's contention tliat tlie .Oongress earlier acceptance was onlv condilional, says the working I'oniinittee did not approve all the Britisli proposals but nevertheless accepted the sclicme in its entirety.
