MILITARY LORRIES STONED
BRITISH SOLDIERS INJURED IN INDIA Received Saturday, 10 a.m. NEW DELHI, Aug. 9. Two British soldiers were injured, one seriously, when crowds stoned military lorries. Crowds had gaj;liered to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the arrest of Congress leaders following the "Quit India" resolution of 1942. Police dispersed a procession of students with tear-gas in the main shopping area. Forty persons were arrested.
