LOADING RECOMMENDED WELLINGTON, August 6. The New Zealand Eedoration of Labour, in a motion carried yesterday, has reeommended to the Auckland Trades Couneil that the wool for Epain should be loaded. A consigument at Auckland was declared black last week j and has been hekl there, and wool at Wellington has alsq reiJiained ou the whai-f pendiiig a decision of the fedcration. Eo far no action has been taken by tlie waterside workers but tlio New Zealand Waterside Workers' Union nation- . al ollicials are meeting today to discuss the matter. Branches will probaiily follow the decisipn of the natioual ofl'cials. The Auckland branc.h holds its weekly stop-work meeting on Thursday. The text of the Federation of Labour motion, which was carried unaniniously, is as follows: — "The natioual exeeutive of the Federation of Labour lias given consideration to the Auckland Trades Couneil decision in whicli it lias called upon Auckland trade unions not to load avoo! for j fSpain.
