A capacity house in the Town Hall saw Earl McCready, 17st. 11b., defeat Ilank Kaenipl'er, lOst. 81b., in a professional wrestling contest,. wheil . the latter was judged unlit to continue at the beginning of the sixth' round. Kaempfer secured a fall in the fourth round with a giant swing and body press, while McCready equalised in the iit'th with a body press following a back loop slarn. At the commencement of the next round Kaempfer was atil| very groggy and cume out of his corner but as McCready lifted his opponent for anotlier dump, tlie referee intervened and awardod the bout to McCready. . , .
