He commandcd the 0th Brigade at Cassiuo and 5th Brigade in the linal Ttalian 1 operatiou from Benio Iiiver to Trieste. Ile won the D.S.O. in Nortli Africa and bar to it in Ttaly. Mr. Brian Bonifant served overseas with the Air Force and reached the rank of Flight Lieutenant. He served in Jiigoslavia and Italy.
