Doidge (Tauranga): It was a light weight question. The question was added to the Order Paper. Mr. F. Hackett (Grey Lynn) gave notice to ask the Prime Minister wliether, in view of the difficulty Members of Parliament have in vouching for the iiceuracy of statenients in newspapers, he would enquire into tlie possibility ot ensuring that any item of news eontained in : newspapers is vouched for as . accurate by tlie newspaper concerned.
