W £iJL.J_,XiN Ijr i UiN , AUg. A. The Wellington Urban Land Saies Committee made 454 decisions on its 23 sitting days during July. One application was revoked, one refused, one was outside the jurisdiction of the committee and 20 were withdrawn; 153 applications were granted at the first reading, 132 after a voluntary settlement between the parties, four without a reduction after hearing and 77 with reductions after hearing. 'During July. the Wellington Urban Committee received 409 new applications -and the Wellington Rural Committee 401.
