FANATICAL JAPS IN BRAZIL Received Wednesday, 7 p.m. RIO DE JANEIRO, July 30. The Wai* Minister has recoinmended the wholesaie expulsion of .Japanese terrorists bent on the mass killing of Japanese who accept the clefeat of Japan. Terrorism and killings have reached so high. a peak that a Japanese committee arrived from Sao Paulo to ask President Dutra for a statement declaring the war over and Japan defeated. Fanaties won't give up unless Hirohito or Dutra issue a proclamation saying the wai- is over. Brazilians are recommending that General MacArthur be told what is happening and inducc Hirohito to send a message through the State Department and Foreign Office curtly stating tlie war is over and Japan defeated.
