MR. MICHAEL COVENTRY
Mr. Michael Coventry, whose death occurred suddenly on Monday, was born in Edinburgh m 1870 and was the second son of thc late Mr. J. H. Coventry. He came ,o New Zealand in 1888. and livecl for some years in the Soutn Island. He first came to Otaki in 1896, afterwards taking up residence in the Waikato, where he farmed for a number of years .•eturning to Otaki seven years ago upon his retirement. The late Mr. Coventry is survived by his wife and daugliter, Mrs. E. Percy Simcox, to whom much sympathy is extended. His only son predeceased him a year ago. The ,'uneral took place this afternoon. The Te Horo Tennis Club will hold a dance on Friday. August 2, it the Te Hcro Hall.
