The seeretarv of the Southern Collierv Proprietors' Assoeiation (Mr. W. 1\ McXallv) said that the Bill made possible the confiscation of an industry without compensation. The New South Wales Combined Colliery Proprietors' Assoeiation deeided to opposo the Bill , and press for an amendment.
