DAIRY COMPANY'S PAY-OUT
Sir, — Your correspondent, "Enquirer," has fallen into a justifiable error in his statement regarding the pay-out of the Levin Co-opera-tive Dairy Company. To the 17.375d per 1b. butterfat must be added the Farm Cost Allowance of "3.8714d per lb., making a grand total of 21.2464d per lb. aciually paid to suppliers. The way in wnich the payments are stated in the annual report is undoubtedly corifusing to those who are not connected with the dairying industry, but it is in accord with the Marketing Regulations.
