WELLINGTON, July 29. A further measure dosigued to increase experts of factory butter to Britain, was announced today by the Miuister of Supply, llon. D. G. Sullivan, wlio said that from August 5, dairy butter may be sold by licensed retailers to their registered customers at lialf tlie coupou value of factory butter, tliat is, at the rate oi oue pound of dairy butter against each valid but- ! ter coupou. i\lr. Mr. Sullivan said rationing officers had received full iustmctions 011 the working of the new system and those country stores and others who were able to liandle the product should eomniunicate with their local rationing officers to aseertain the . approved rnethod of keeping check on quantities hanclled. .
