Personal Mr. and Mrs. -Eskrigg wer.e weekend visitors to Otaki. Miss Val Hislop has been the guest of Mrs. Isherwood, Tasman Beacli, Mrs. Lett, of Wairarapa, is visiting her sister, Mrs. Synnott, Waerenga Road. Mrs. Moore, who has been in hospital in Palmerston North for some cime, is expected to return to her nome at Rangiuru this week. Matron Hodges, late of the Health Camp, is at present doing relieving work at Lewisham Hospital, Christchurch. Mr. Thompson, at one_ time on the Otaki Post Office staii and now of Hastings, is at present on holiday in Otaki, accompanied by Mrs. Thompson. In the recent list of New plvmouth nurses who passed the Staie examination with honors is the name of Miss Marg. e. Chamberlain, niece of Mrs. p. Harper, of Hautere. Boys' Home Competitions Compecitions in connection with the Paul Hoskin's Memorial Boys Home resulted in the first prize oeing awarded to "Mary b.."
