ALBANIA'S FREEDOM GONE
^ Received Montlay, 9 p.m. NEW YORK, July 28. Albania will become a puppet State of Russia wltich, during tlie last six months, has been i'ortifying Saseno Island off the Albanian coast as well as Valona Eay and Durazzo, reports the New York Times' Eome correspondent. Russian military engineers have declared Saseno and areas innnediately surrotuiding Durazzo and Valona as "oii' limits" so that only those with permits are allowed entrance. Observers returning from Tirana describe Albania as 100 per eent. a Communist State. Private enterprise is .Gompletely smashed, the clergy are bemg annihiiated, militarism is rampant- and indiyidual fr'eedcm and civil ' liberties non-existent.
