Received Monday, 10.20 a.m. ALEXANDRIA, July 28. A communigue from the headquarters of ihe British Commancler-in-Chief in the Middle East, Lieut.General Sir Miles Dempsey, states that the British troops are leaving Cairo for the Spez Canal zone hefore the end of September as the first stage of the withdrawal from Egypt. Generai headquarters in the Middle East are similarly moving at. the . end of the year.
