CHRLSTCIll'KOH, July 2b. The award during the year of fottr of llie Society 's bronze niedallions, was reporled at the amnial nieeting today of the Royal Xew Zealand Iluinane Society. The awards were to: — Ritrry Iveifh Dreg'oiy, aged 5J, of riiristchurch, who rescued his young brotlier froin fire on Mav 27. Tom Rowe, aged 14, of Paremata, who rescued a boy from drowning on February 3. Edna Mav Tiehbonrne, of Tokomaru Bay, who rescued two girls from drowning on January 15. Deirdre Chase Clarlc, of Dunedin, who rescued a man from drowning.
