R.S.A. MEMORIAL HALL
PROGRESS OF CAMPAIGN Since the inauguration of the Levin R.S.A.'s campaign in November last to raise funds for the Levin and District War Memorial, very satisfactory progress has been made, and a considerable sum is already in hand and promised toward the fund. The response by the public and various organisation's has been most gratifying, and particularly is this- so in the matter of the? Qlx'ecp appeaUto.sthe . Jcitizens of Levin ah.d distfidf^ '• Members of the Levin R.S.A, were accorded very generous support when conducting the direct appeal, and great interest in the proposal was shown by all who were approached. It is proposed to continue in the immediate future the house-to-house appeal in the parts of the Levin Borough not previously visited. Accredited members of the Levin R.S.A. will interview householders to solicit support for the fund, and the association feels that it can with confidence anticipate a continued generous response to this worthy object.
