Henry Harris, a Toronto optometrist, was charged in the Magistrate's Court, under the Official Secrets Act, with conspiring with members of the Russian Embassy staff to forge, alter and tamper with passports, and also with conspiring to obtain false passports likely or intended to be useful to Russia. • The case was adjourned to September 16, bail of 5000 dollars being allowed.
