WELIilNG-TON, July 19. During a brief discussion of coming business before tbe House adjourned, Mr. S. G-. Holland indicated that next week he would move a motion either of no confidence in the Goverhnient or for the adjournment of the House to enahle a discussion on the request by the Minister of-Lands, Major C. P. Skinner, for the resignation of the chairman of the Hamilton Land Saies Committee, Mr." S. Lewis. Mr. Holland said he thought it proper to give as much notice as possible of his intention and suggested the Prime Minister might indicate when he would like the debate to begin. Mr. Fraser said he thought Tuesday would be the most suitable day for the debate. v
