Wheu put to the meeting, the motioiC was lost by .19 votes to 22, several j speakers explaining that in their dis- j tricts members of clubs or district ! conimittces attended the tracks to see the apprentices ride in work. in ! others, there were qualilied officials who! inspected the youuger riders at the request of the club handling the applications.
