DEATH FOR COLLABORATION

MISSING YICHY MINISTER SENTENCED Received Friday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, July 18. The Vichy Minister for Information, M. Rene Bonnefoy, has been sentenced to death in his absence by the Versailles High Court, says Reuter's Paris cot'respondent. He was found guilty of collaboration. The sentence carries with it the confiscation of his property. Bonnefoy went into hiding when the Vichy Government collapsed, and has not been seen since.
